David Lurey is back! We're so happy that he will spend a Sunday morning in Utrecht for a Vinyasa masterclass and top it off with a kirtan.

Our bodies are amazing moving machines. Using Yoga poses and a variety of other movements, this practice will bring your attention to the entire body to support the flow of energy, strength and mobility. All levels are welcome!

After the class there will be a kirtan-cito. David’s guitar playing and his beautiful voice are a guarantee for a wonderful moment of singing or listening.

Inschrijving voor een workshop betekent dat je akkoord gaat met de algemene voorwaarden.
Op de locatie zijn maar enkele matten aanwezig, neem bij voorkeur je eigen yogamat mee!
